Customers find the psyllium husk powder effective at keeping them regular and helping with digestive issues, particularly for constipation. The product contains organic ingredients and customers appreciate its effectiveness, with one noting it works better than Metamucil. While some customers say it mixes easily in liquids, others report it doesn’t dissolve well. The texture receives mixed feedback, with some praising the fine powder while others find it too chunky, and customers disagree on whether it’s easy to drink.
