Customers find this fiber supplement effective, noting it works as well as expensive brands and provides good value for the price. The product receives positive feedback for its tastelessness, fiber content, and ability to relieve constipation, while being easy to mix in both hot and cold foods and drinks. The dissolvability receives mixed reviews – while some say it dissolves completely in warm liquids, others report it doesn’t dissolve well in cool water.
