Create a refreshing and healthy mouth rinse by adding a drop of Peppermint oil and Lemon oil in water.Alleviate occasional stomach upset by taking one to two drops of Peppermint essential oil internally.Refresh your favorite smoothie by adding two to three drops of Peppermint essential oil.For a mid-day pick-me-up, place one drop each of Peppermint oil, Wild Orange oil and Frankincense oil in the palm of your hand and inhale deeply.

Directions

Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.

Internal use: Dilute one drop in 4 fl. oz. of liquid.

Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.
