Customers love the taste of these apple cider vinegar gummies and find them easier to take than drinking vinegar. Moreover, they report positive health benefits, including increased energy levels and immune system support, while also noting appetite reduction and weight loss benefits. However, the effectiveness and side effects receive mixed feedback – while some say they feel better after use, others report stomach aches. Additionally, customers disagree on whether the product is worth the price, and there are concerns about the gummies sticking together in the bottle.
