Customers find the lactase supplement effective, noting it works as well as name brands and prevents stomach discomfort from dairy products. Moreover, the product helps break down lactose and is particularly beneficial for those with lactose intolerance. However, customers disagree on the ease of swallowing and dosage requirements, with some needing to take more than the recommended amount. Additionally, the taste receives mixed feedback, with some finding it very mild while others say it tastes bad.
