Inulin Powder // Inulin is a water soluble fiber that is naturally occurring. Our Inulin Prebiotic Fiber is all-natural and comes from the chicory root, a type of flower that belongs to the dandelion family.
Prebiotic Fiber // Because inulin increases the number of healthy bacteria in the gut, it helps promotes digestive health and bowel function.
Improves Blood Sugar Levels // Inulin slows down the rate of digestion, allowing sugar to be released slowly without spiking, promoting healthy blood sugar levels.
Promotes Healthy Life // Inulin is a zero-calorie, indigestible fiber so it won’t bog you down and helps keep you moving
Improves Mineral Absorbtion // Because inulin slows down the rate of digestion, it gives the body more time to absorb necessary vitamins and minerals, such as calcium and magnesium.
Customers find the prebiotic fiber supplement effective for yogurt-making and gut health, noting it dissolves well in warm water and helps maintain regularity without harsh effects. The product has a slightly sweet taste that doesn’t affect flavor or consistency, and customers appreciate its consistency, though some report clumping issues. While some customers experience bloating relief after meals, others report gassiness as a side effect.
