NaturalSlim Glucotein is a prebiotic resistant starch supplement made from a simple blend of green banana flour and yellow pea starch. Resistant starch passes through the small intestine largely undigested and reaches the large intestine, where it feeds beneficial gut bacteria*. As these good bacteria break it down, they produce butyric acid, a short-chain fatty acid that may help support fat loss, increase energy, reduce inflammation, and even improve sleep quality by having a calming effect on an overactive nervous system*. Glucotein is non-GMO, gluten-free, and free of rice and corn, with a low glycemic index that makes it a versatile addition to a health-conscious kitchen. Beyond its digestive benefits, this fine powder blends easily into bread, cookies, sauces, and coatings, or can simply be stirred into a shake or smoothie. The recommended use is one tablespoon per day, mixed into a Metabolic Protein shake for best results, and pairing it with a probiotic like Good Flora may further support gut health*. Each container provides 16 servings of this easy, everyday prebiotic fiber.NaturalSlim was founded in 1998 by Frank Suárez, who spent years studying metabolism following his own personal health journey. What he learned became the foundation of a lifestyle-first, education-driven approach, later shared in his bestselling book, El Poder del Metabolismo, which has sold more than 600,000 copies and been translated into English, French, and Dutch. At its core, NaturalSlim is built on understanding how metabolism works, then using that knowledge, alongside supplements and everyday habits, to build sustainable routines. For more than 25 years, that approach has resonated with people across Latin America, the U.S., and Europe who are looking for lasting habits rooted in how their bodies actually function.
